The king of Gaa was happy when he heard that the princess of Amor had agreed to see him that morning and he immediately asked that she be brought before him as soon the princess was brought out of her cell and made to stand before the king of Gaa. The king having thought about the reason she had asked to him did not go further to try to ask her why she had wanted to see him but went further to say, "It is a good thing that you decided to return to your senses having thought through it. Like I said, you might not like me and the things I do but then you can not also deny me the knowledge I have which says that my son is a good lad. He is a good lad and he will make a great king but I need him back home if he is going to make a great king to his people; the people of Gaa. I need you princess of Amor, I am not needing you because I am trying to use you but because I genuinely would want you to find my son so that I can release your father and both of you can be made to go home peacefully. I know that I have wronged the people of Amor so so much that you have no reason to forgive me but war happens..."
"War does not happen my lord, people make wars, Kings make war and soldiers fight war. I decided to come and see you because I have decided to grant you your request. Yes, I'm ready to go find your son and bring him back to you and maybe after that you can find a reason in your heart to not just pardon my father and myself but to have a compassion in her heart towards other vulnerable Kings and innocent childrens of other kingdoms. You were right when you called me a fighter. I am a fighter and I can try to find your son. Give me the resources and all other things I will be requesting for and I will be on my way to find your son before sun set" The princess of Amor sounded convincing enough and so the king called in one of his men and said to him, "Take her to where the resources are and the weapons and give her whatever she requests that will enable her embark on a journey to find my son" He concluded and the princess of Amor went away with the man. The king sat on his seat and continued to think about his son. He knew right from the time he was newly born that the lad had something special in him but he never knew he would be using what he had against him, his own father. He regretted having to take him with him to the war against the people of Amor. He felt his own son deceived him and showed interest to go to war with him not because he wanted to be beside his father as they cut their enemies to the ground but because he wanted to see how ruthless his father was and how best to judge him. He felt cheated on and so he kept thinking. Shortly his wife emerged from her inner chamber and seeing her husband in that mood she knew already that he was thinking about their son. The queen had confidence that their son was never going to be outside for too long and that he would be home soon and because she had seen that her husband was not in a good mood she needed no one to tell her to return to her inner chamber and leave him alone.
Before long the princess of Amor left the land of Gaa in search of the prince of Gaa. She wanted to go to her land where the king of Gaa took his war to and destroyed all that her father built. When she got there she could see some of the poor widows and some old men gathering what remained of their destroyed houses and with tears in their eyes and so she too shedded tears. She dismounted her horse and walked towards a poor man seated outside his home and looking depressed and when she got to him she bent over him and offered him a piece of bread but the man looked up at the face of the one offering him bread and he was not sure if he was seeing clearly for standing before him as he knew very well was the princess of their ruined land. He slowly stood up and hugged him. He was about to shout his name and then announce her presence but the princess of Amor would not have it so. She stopped him and then said, "I do not want you to announce me father. I'm on my way to a place of my destiny and I am happy there are still those alive in this land. I'm offering you this bread so that you can eat and regain strength. Eat it and I will be on my way" she kept stretching the bread towards him and the old man collected it and bade her goodbye. He continued to bade her goodbye until she was out of sight. One of the people of Amor came and stood before the old man saying, "Who was that that has taken care of you with this bread?"
"She is a good person and the gods sent her my way" the old man said and left the man standing in confusion.

The princess of Amor found herself seated in a taven where she was going to have a drink and just before she could order for anything she heard some men discussing and wanted to hear what they were saying. She then heard one of them say that he saw the patrol team from Gaa headed north in search of the missing prince of Gaa and so she refused to take the drink the drink that was served her and left the tavern at once.

In the land of Okwu and under a tree where Lalah and the rest of the teams were seated one of the village girls of Okwu came forward with a drinking bowel and standing before them she said, "Here is what belongs to you, offered to you by my mother who has pity on you" she stretched her hands with the bowel in them and the men looked at each other before they collected it from them and drank from it. Just then one of them saw prince Sando approaching and he alerted the rest. They all waited for him while the girl with the water left at once with her bowel. Prince Sando came to where they were and stood before them without a word. Lalah and the rest got up and knelt before him.
"If it pleases the prince to receive our greetings we will be glad" he said but the prince shook his head and said, "I receive your greetings but you have not obeyed my instructions. I told you all to leave at once and not to stay here as if you are homeless"
"But it is true that we are homeless. Are we not homeless if we are to return to your father and he says, "Go away then and never return to my presence since you all could not find my son. Where will we go from there if he was to say these words to us. We can not leave here without you" said Lalah.
"Very well then. I have spoken to the man you wanted to kill and he while on his sick bed has decided to pardon you lot and then accept that you stay here in the land of Okwu but that is not all. You will have to go and meet with the Chief of this tribe and only him will have the final say as to whether you will stay or not" concluded the prince and Lalah and the rest were so happy. They got up and saluted the prince. The prince left with them.

Mazuri, daughter of the fisherman who allowed the prince of Gaa to stay with them was at the river in the outskirts of the village of Okwu and she was not concentrated in the fishing she was doing rather her mind kept taking her to the memory of the prince of Gaa and his handsomeness. She had never for once in her life thought that a day would come when she would be so moved by a man that she could no longer have passion for other things except to think about him on daily basis. She got up and hissed at her fishing net, frustrated that she could not even catch a single fish all day long.
