My phone vibrates and I take it out only to see it’s a text from Yadieliz. I feel my heart pound in my chest as I open the text.
Yadieliz: I’m going outside the pack for a run.
Me: No, you can run here in the pack.
Yadieliz: I wasn’t asking for permission.
Me: Yadieliz…
She never looked at the last message. I growled holding back the need to punch something.
“What’s wrong?” Zack asked.
“Yadieliz said she’s going outside the pack for a run” I growled.
“Do you want me to keep an eye on her?” Zack asked.
“No, I’ll go” I said. I leave my office only to be informed via mind link that Yadieliz has left the pack house and one of my warriors, Greg, was following her. I got in my car and linked Greg.
‘Where is she?’ I linked my warrior.
