“I still think it’s a bad idea to meet this man.” Fred said to me through the mindlink. I lazily glanced over at the supreme Alpha’s guards with poker faces following us and sighed.
“You’re not yourself. What if he finds out about you? What if he tries to kill you again?”
I shrugged my shoulders at that, not saying anything in reply but I was sure the Supreme Alpha wouldn’t do that.
As much as he might hate me, he wasn’t also stupid.
