Kimmie held the phone to her ear, “hello?”
“Hi Kimberly-Anne.”
“f**k you, Ajax.”
His choking made her smirk angrily.
“Excuse me?”
“You scared the hell out of me for no reason at all.”
“What the hell do you mean?” he asked with edge in his tone. “I was in a plane crash.”
“Yes, and then you were pretty much rescued and had back-up and you kept s**t from us.”
“Now, hold on.” He protested her words.
“You made out it was an accident. An accident, Ajax. Someone tried to kill you and you made it out to be like it was happenstance.”
