Neil called me in the evening and asked me to come to his home. We were planning to arrange a birthday party for Tyler which was in the next week. By now, his father also got discharged from the hospital. Actually, it was his father’s plan. According to him, he had missed everything important in Tyler’s life. He wanted to start over with Tyler and to be honest, I and Neil were way beyond happy for Tyler.
Tyler had to go to meet his parents in the hospital. The doctor said that his father requires a few more surgeries to get a better health condition. So… Neil was coming to pick me up today.
