With construction almost complete, Michael had a full plate. The seventh floor had been completely converted, and the dorm building was standing, even if there was more work to be done inside.

The new director of training had flown into Rochester the night before and was driving in that morning. Though it was only a forty-five minute trip, at that time of day and with the road construction, it could be a nightmare.
