Atty. Grace Guevarra met with Josie and Ethan to further discuss the case. The pieces of evidence that Detective Callahan and Detective Kleiner gathered are sufficient to file a premeditated murder case against Drake Samañiego. However, Ondrea insisted on gathering more evidence because she believes it wasn’t Drake who assaulted her.
Ondrea has no idea the case was lifted to a murder case because of miscarriage. Stacie advised Ethan to let Ondrea find the truth herself. Unbeknownst to Josie, Ethan requested DNA testing following Ondrea’s child’s death. Atty. Guevarra will be using the DNA result as a part of her evidence exhibit. It will prove that Samañiego has a romantic relationship with Ondrea opposing his statement.
