I woke up next to Holly and found myself thanking the Goddess again for bringing her into my life. She slowly opened her eyes and gave me a sleepy smile. “Good morning.” She said happily. I gave her a gentle kiss. “Morning beautiful. Are you hungry?” I asked. She nodded “Ravenous.” I suggested that we go down for breakfast. She paused, a sad look coming over her face. “Maybe we should eat separately. After all, you have to let your Dad think that you are taking his threat seriously for now.
