“Hi Cloe, Nice to see you again.” He greeted my mom politely. “Hi Mia.” He greeted me too and I just said a quiet ‘Hi’.
“Hi Ryan, thank you for inviting us.” she said to him with a warm smile and he let us in. He gave me a quick kiss and closed the door behind us.
“This way,” he said, and walked forward towards the dining room. There was a beautiful woman preparing the table. She looked at us with a warm, genuine smile and wiped her hands in her apron.
“Hi there, welcome to the neighbourhood.” She said kindly and shook our hands.
“Hi, thank you for the invitation, you have a nice home.” Mom said to her with a genuine smile on her own.
