70 - Confrontation

Luke     I tossed and turned most of the night, due to the many thoughts about Audrey that kept racing through my mind.  In retrospect, it hadn’t been very long since she left me, but that short amount of time felt like an eternity.  I ended up leaving the bed almost two hours earlier than planned.      After giving my face a good shave, I took an extra long shower, then I slicked my hair back.  Wanting to look my best when Audrey saw me again, I got dressed wearing my nicest suit.       It was black with white pinstripes, and the undershirt I paired it with was a light peach color.  To complete the look, I wore a black tie with diagonal peach stripes and my nicest black shoes.  By the time my alarm sounded, I was ready to walk out the door and confident Audrey was gonna swoon the secon
