Dmitriy     When I left the training facility, I was so excited to see Katerina, but that excitement got squashed when I found a handwritten letter on the driver’s seat.  Once again, she had left town without a formal goodbye, and it left me feeling completely disheartened.     I thought we were moving in the right direction, but clearly I was wrong about that.  If we were, Katerina wouldn’t have taken off again.     In the short letter, she asked me to call her, so I did.  On the second ring, Katerina accepted the call and greeted, “Hello, handsome.  How was your day at the gym?”     Unable to tamp down my irritation with her, I growled into the receiver, “Why in the f**k did you leave town without me?”     “I know this came out of nowhere, but there is a personal matter that I have
