After I got Sadie set up at the table with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk, I glanced over at Dmitriy to see him gazing at me with an odd expression on his face. I couldn’t tell if he was amused or awed, but either way, he looked adorable, and I couldn’t help but to giggle at him.
“What?” he asked, confusion sweeping over him.
“Nothing. I was just admiring your handsome face,” I hummed.
