The next few days flew by with me staying at Katerina’s house, so I could avoid Svetlana as much as possible. Spending that time with Katerina reinforced my feelings for her, while giving me the chance to prove she was the one I wanted to be with.
At first, I could tell she was still having a few reservations about it, but I refused to give up on us. Once I was confident, she no longer doubted my feelings, I insisted she go with me to my house, so I could grab some clothes.
