I lower the phone slowly and my mind is filled with all the possible scenarios. No matter which way you look at it, Delaney will die and Candy and her mom will be violated and then killed.
If I wasn’t thinking, I would have already left and gotten myself captured. Slade is delulu if he thinks I will walk into his hell with his daughter. Candy knew what was awaiting outside of the compound gates and she left, anyway.
As awful and harsh as that sounds, she should have just waited. Now she has walked right into the jaws of that monster and he is going to chew her up and spit her out. I ignore the arguments that are happening around me and just think.
All Slade wants is me and now his daughter. He was more interested in having his daughter returned to him, more upset that
