Marco’s POV. I had decided this morning to go for a drive and it was a damn good thing I did. I saw her walking a dog when a van overtook me and I knew what was about to happen, so I acted. I called Gino and Luciano and I knew they would be here quickly. I engaged in the firefight to keep her from being taken. The fucker works quickly. I’ll give him that. I duck behind the open door of my cage. I hear the bikes before I see them when gun fire bursts from behind me and I step out just as Luciano jumps from his bike and lands on his feet with two guns in his hands and Gino rides closer, firing as well. We move like a well-oiled machine into the fray. Michaela is on the ground with the dog near her. “I want one alive.” I shout and Luciano moves, nodding his head as he knocks one of the m
