If you have got a mother who is readily fighting off an immortal beast to protect you from taking the beating which could have sliced you into pieces, peeled off your skin, and smashed your bones into powdery crushes within minutes, then that has to be the best part of your life and she has to be the best person, even if it is followed by ‘an end’ so sorrowful and full of insecurities that it would make the coming generations weep.
Harmonizing in my opinion; it should still make your chest swell in pride and heart leap in unbounded joy. It was somewhat the same for me. I'd be lying if I say it wasn't. As a matter of fact, it was more than that. It was enthralling to the level where I was left to feel nostalgic not only for the days to come but for the rest of my whole life.
