Emma's condescending attitude annoyed Joey.
Joey pointed to the work guide posted on the wall and spoke, "It's very clear that we need to make an appointment three days in advance for invoice processing. We also require pre-approval. There's a daily limit on disbursements. A company of this size processes payments daily. There's substantial paperwork involved. Without proper planning, everything becomes chaotic."
