Tyrone tossed back another scotch, “Is my party really sounding that dull son?” Looking at his grandfather, Tyrone grunted, “No it sounds like it’s going to be a great party actually. I might need to take notes.”
Patrick laughed as he looked at his grandson still drinking and raised an eyebrow, “Right, so you’re doubling those drinks like their water because everything is going so well? Is this about your young lady?” Tyrone didn’t get the chance to deny it when a deep voice said, “Speaking of this young lady,” Closing his eyes, Tyrone’s father teased, “How come I haven’t met her yet?”
Turning around slow, the large man that had modeled his son after him, smiled, “Aren’t I important enough to get an introduction to my future daughter-in-law?” Tyrone looked at Elijah Royal amused, “Of course dad, and don’t feel slighted, no one has met her yet.”
A laugh startled the three of them as Andre suddenly appeared in his grandfather’s living room, “Actually I have, and don’t worry Mr. R,” He tossed at Elijah playfully, “She’s as sweet, cute, and smitten as they come.”
Looking at the surprising addition Elijah looked around, “Where the hell did you come from?” Laughing more Andre sat down across from Patrick frowning, “And who let you in my house? I had you banned after you stole my favorite girl from me!”
And at the mention of his favorite girl, Patrick softened when the beautiful Willow James came in. Andre’s fiancée and a former maid at Patrick’s home passed Patrick a cup of coffee just the way he liked it. With the cookies he loved the most, “Oh stop, you know I’d never leave you.” She told him lovingly kissing his head.
Softening only a tad, Patrick was appeased, “Fine, he can stay...but only for you.” Willow winked to her fiancée and then left to go and find some old friends. When she left, Andre turned to his best friend looking envious of the exchange. Having seen the expression before when it came down to him and his love, he wasn’t shocked.
But seeing how googly eyed Tyrone had been over Cleo made him worry. Because to be honest Andre had thought Tyrone had finally found him one. With Cleo making the same heart eyes at his best friend, Andre had hoped.
Had he been wrong? “Is everything okay with you and Cleo?”
Just the sound of her name made Tyrone think of her. The way she looked straddling him in nothing but tight blue jeans and that bra. And even worse? Those f*****g sexy sets she’d bought with him in mind.
If that wasn’t enough to make him crazy it was the fact, she’d bought a toy. Nothing compared to him, he’d show her that, but she’d get off tonight. Hopefully thinking of him when she did, it was the image of it.
Seared into his brain, all he could do was fantasize about it. Would she cry out his name? Arching her back, toes curling, eyes dazed with lust, would she want him? If he called her..., could he listen to her? Could he handle it? Or would he need to break laws and wreck his truck to get back to her?
“Bro?” Looking at Andre closely, Tyrone could see he was worried. So was Patrick and Elijah having never seen their grandson and son so lost. “I’m falling in love with Cleo Bryson.” Andre cheered, “Yay!”
Elijah looked at his son closely, “It is a yay, right?” Tyrone laughed breathlessly, “Yeah if I can get her to love me back. Because if I can’t dad, it’s going to crush me. Way worse than anything I’ve ever felt.”
Looking at his son surprised having never seen him so gone for a woman, Tyrone was now drunk. His doubling catching up and hitting him hard. It made him honest as his grandfather asked hopefully, “So you aren’t angry I put you in this? You’re happy with her?”
Tyrone laughed and then hiccupped before admitting, “So happy I could explode.”
Dazed, Tyrone told them happily, “She makes me feel like I’m enough. With every other girl I always thought if I was broke, they’d never look at me. But with her, I don’t have that fear. I know it’s me she wants, the money isn’t even a concern. She likes me, but I want to be selfish and ask for more.”
Elijah hummed as he fixed his son another drink hoping the liquor would grease more information out of him, “Well that’s a good thing, but are your sure your judgement isn’t clouded?” Tyrone was confused as he looked at his dad stupidly.
“Huh?” Laughing amused, Andre teased, “He’s saying she could have put it on you so good, you think you’re in love.” Snorting Tyrone muttered, “We haven’t had sex.”
Silence.
“Wow Mr. First Date hasn’t sexed up his future wifey? Lord is hell a blizzard right now?” Andre gasped in shock. Elijah on the other hand was now even more excited, because this was new for his son.
Sex was the only connection he used to get close to a woman. That and money.
“So, she’s making you hold out until she gets a ring?” Elijah wondered, because a lot of women tried that tactic now. Making themselves out to be pure and innocent with the need of a ring before s*x. A move tried on him a few times only to luckily end before they got too far.
But Tyrone shook his head drowsy, “No, I just want her first time to be with someone she loves. And she doesn’t love me yet.”
Jaw dropped; Elijah had nothing to say to that. But Andre did, “Damn, you’re going to lose your s**t man.” Tyrone smirked at him, “Dude, she went to the s*x shop and I think she bought all this sexy s**t just to torture me because I didn’t-.”
Shaking his head breathing out, Tyrone muttered, “I got to get that girl to fall in love with me. I need her to marry me like yesterday.”
Patrick chuckled at his son’s shellshocked face, “Our little TyMan is all grown up.”
And as Tyrone finally passed out into a drunk stupor, Elijah asked his father, “And this girl? Should we worry?”
Andre smirked, “Well I saw them together, and she had the hearts in her eyes. But if we need confirmation, we need a spy.” Smirking as said spy came in, Willow looked at the three men looking at her happily, “What? What? What did I miss?” Seeing Tyrone knocked out with a dazed smile she whispered, “Ugh oh, let me guess. A girl’s doing this?”
They nodded and she took the glass from a sleeping Tyrone’s hand, “Oh great, this should be so fun.”
