Jade's pov:
After agreeing to the alpha’s demand – to not touch myself – I jumped to my feet, and groaned as I felt my juices flow now that I was standing up. The effect the alpha had on me should be illegal.
The way his eyes darkened immediately made me realize it wasn’t one-sided at least.
“See you tomorrow, Jade,” he said in a soft tone.
“Bye,” I squeaked out, embarrassed now that I wasn’t on his lap.
I was on my way to my room when I bumped into the alpha’s stalker – the leggy blonde.
“You,” she spat out in a disdain filled tone. “Who do you think you are exactly to stick to the alpha’s side like that?”
I had no response to offer but didn’t miss the occasion to roll my eyes at her.
