Today is the day I finally meet Beckett's parents, and I can't help but be so freaking nervous about it. I just want to make a good impression.
A part of me is scared they are going to be super protective over their son, thinking I'm with Beckett just for his money and not because I care about him. So that's why I told Beckett what I did.
