I stared at Dominic with bated breath, waiting for him to reveal what he'd discovered about Claire. The morning sunlight filtered through the car windows, highlighting his sharp profile as he drove smoothly through traffic.
Finally, he glanced at me with a slight smirk playing on his lips. "Claire Watson is pregnant."
