The hound looked at them, growling and ready to pounce. Lucas glanced at Mira, who stared at the hound intensely.
"It's only one. I can take care of it," Alexi said and stepped forward, but Mira immediately stopped him.
"Careful. It's not your ordinary hound," Mira said. Alexi looked at her, confused. Mira bends and picked up a stone.
"Be on guard and watch," she said and threw the stone in the hound's place. It growled, and its body gnarled. Alexi's mouth hanged open when the hound has grown another head.
