Mxen Moreau is shaking.
It was the first time that I saw fear growing inside of Mxen like she was not willing to venture through whatever is thrust before her. Always seeing her as the confident woman that she always wanted to be, it was different seeing her now—with tears being the one predominant in her eyes as it was fairly obvious that she was in pain. I could see every bit of anguish sipping through her eyes.
My hands were holding her close, hoping that the warmth gathering in me would be enough to soothe her heart. I really do hope it does. Mxen needed all the help and support she could have at the moment.
