The house was medium-size with three bedrooms and two baths. I loved it. Sky blue exterior with beige walls on the inside. The windows had shutters on them instead of blinds that were easy to tear and break off. It even had a small swimming pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. It was perfect. Tank walked around, nodding his head as he checked the place out. “Do you like it?” I asked him. He turned to me and nodded.  “Yes.” He said. “It’s a family home, right?” “It is.” I told him.  “I mean, is this what you want?” I looked around, clutching Deacon close to me. Then, I nodded my head to confirm his question. “It is.” I told him. “I want this house. Plus, it’s only 1,000 a month. I can afford it now before I look for work.
