Tank stopped the car and turned to me.
"Stay here." He told me. "I'll be back."
"Why can't I go with you?" I asked him.
"I don't want to cause problems."
"I won't unless she starts with me."
Tank looked at me and sighed.
"I promise." I told him.
He nodded and the both of us got out of the car. We walked over to the unfamiliar territory and of course, we were stopped. One of the women there walked up and her eyes turned to mines, immediately.
"Are you stupid or you got a death wish?" She asked me.
"I'm not going anywhere unless my boyfriend tells me to leave." I told her.
"How dumb are you? You think my sister wants you, of all people, around her child?"
"Like I said, I'm not going anywhere."
