I lived a lie

1024 Words

MALLERY'S POV -- The air becomes less as I stride out of the house, it wasn't my plan to leave the four walls of my comfort, but with the fire rushing through my veins and the raging voices calling his mother every name in the entire universe has my mind spinning as I step foot onto the grass with my bare feet. The sun shines down on my face, the hot sun rays warm my skin. I admitted to killing my father and seeing the way Jason's dad's kindness, it kind of broke me in a way I couldn't see coming. I fought so hard to set my feelings aside, I fought so hard to accept that my father feared me, but who was I kidding? He wasn't afraid of me, he hated me. Even Jace's mother is afraid, but she has kind words to say to me, even if none of it makes sense. Nothing makes sense and all these years.
