"What are you doing?", Colin asked, as he sat at the kitchen island with me. "I am trying to help Pa with finding some information", I told him vaguely. I know Padre wouldn't want me to tell him too much. He is still too young. Miriam made her way into the kitchen next. I sighed, knowing that this area was about to get as loud as Padre's office.
A chill of disgust ran down my spine as what he said to make me leave the room ran through my thoughts. "What are ma and pa doing?", Miriam asked, as she pulled a bottle of water out of the fridge.
