I opened my eyes but it took a while for my vision to adjust to the brightness of the room I was in.
I looked around but everything still looked blurry. I tried to move my body but my arms felt really heavy and I couldn't move my legs.
Panic set in as I pictured a figure walking up to me, I tried to remember where I was last and how I made it to this place but my mind was blank.
"Are you awake?" The voice asked and I immediately shut my eyes.
It wasn't difficult to remain still as I couldn't move my limbs. I froze as the person moved closer and leaned down to peer into my face.
"Ah! Come on, you've been asleep for a long while now. Open your eyes Jade." The voice complained.
I felt strength restore to my limbs and I finally opened my eyes. My vision wasn't blurry anymore and
