[Mason] "How are we on international trade?" I asked Liya and a bunch of other top-ranked wolves at the meeting. Ever since the war, we had been trying to recover everything we had lost and even our position in the world's economy. It was not so easy because we kept on taking in more wolves and I began to fear that soon we would not have the space or the capacity to take in any more. "We did poorly, Alpha." Damien, a gamma lowered his eyes and said. "Why?" I asked in anger and frustration, why did we have to do badly at international trade. "Someone got to the board before us and made a stake, a stake we couldn't afford to beat," Liya explained and drummed her fingers quietly on her notepad. "I don't understand what is going on," I said in confusion.  Ever since we decided to branch out, go public with our finances if you will, someone had just been upstaging us, it was like they knew what we were planning and went before us to block us. "I need answers," I said again. "Find out whoever is doing this to us and why?" I said and stood up from my desk signaling the end of the meeting. "Okay, Alpha." They all bowed and started leaving the room one after the other. "Liya, you stay," I said and she nodded her head. "Where is Sirius?" I asked when the room was empty except for the two of us. "He took Clarice for her physiotherapy appointment, I think they'll spend some time out together after that, but they'll be back for dinner tonight." She said, "Ah yes, dinner, of course," I said and tapped my forehead, I had almost forgotten that we were having dinner as a family tonight.  At least, the members of the Alpha's family which also included Luna's family and the Beta's family because all the wolves would never be able to fit at our dining table. "Why, did you forget?" Liya asked. "No, I mean kind of, I was hoping we could go on a sting operation tonight," I said. "Sting? Why? You don't think it's on purpose, do you?" Liya furrowed her brows. "We can't take any chances, we have to be sure, there have been too many coincidences of late and I'm starting to think it's not just a coincidence anymore," I said seriously. "Yeah, maybe there's a mole amongst us, a spy giving away our secrets," Liya said. "Yes," I said urgently, now she was getting it. "Or maybe you're just being paranoid." Liya burst out into laughter. "Oh, you should have seen your face." "It's not funny, Li." "Oh come on, Mace, Cyprus is dead, you killed him yourself and his mate too, no one is after us, you need to calm down and loosen up a bit, I bet you can't remember the last time you took Jade on a date." She said and stared at me. "I-um- it's that." I stammered out. "Poor girl." Liya shook her head and clicked her tongue. "No wonder she's always waking up late, I'm sure she feels neglected as h*ll." "You think she truly feels that way?" I asked in shock. I knew that I had been really busy of late but I always tried to make it up to her or did I? "Yes, I know you're Alpha, Mace but that doesn't mean you should neglect your family, your mate, it isn't right." She said and I nodded my head in agreement. "Thank you, Liya," I said and sighed. Maybe she was right, maybe I was just being paranoid and overthinking things, Cyprus was gone and the humans hadn't found out about our existence, we had the witches on our side and even the demons thanks to Jee, so I didn't think we had any other enemies to worry about. I had to find Jade. . . [Jade] There was something off about Linda but I couldn't quite place my finger on it. The last therapist that had helped me during my crazy phase when my powers were just manifesting had suddenly been transferred out of the city then an out-of-the-city therapist had taken her place. Linda was a slim but well toned woman which made me wonder how she could be a therapist when she had the body of a fighter. Or of someone who really loved working out, my subconscious chided me, maybe I was just being paranoid. "Jade!" Mason called out and I looked up to see him waving wildly and smiling at me. "Babe, what are you doing here?" I asked as he engulfed me in a big hug. "I came to pick you up." He said and I chuckled happily. "Well, this is a nice surprise," I said and pecked him on his cheek. "Yeah, I figured I should surprise you more often." He said and captured my lips in a bone melting kiss. "I'm sorry I've been so busy, so sorry for making you feel neglected." He said in between kisses. "Hmmm." I hummed and nodded, I wasn't exactly paying attention to what he said, his kisses were inhibiting my mind from functioning. "Let's get some ice cream and chocolate." He said to me and I smiled. Another sure way to my heart, ice cream, and chocolate. "We have dinner tonight." I groaned. "I'm not going to tell, are you?" He smiled a mysterious glint in his eyes. "You're so bad." I laughed and he pulled me into his embrace. I loved days like this. As soon as Mason and I entered the ice cream parlor, the people got up and began to leave one after the other. "That's weird," I said after the last person left. "It means we get the place all to ourselves," Mason whispered behind me, I felt his warm breath against my neck, and just like that all my thoughts flew out the window. "Really, what do you think we can do here?" I teased him, gently grinding my a*s on his groin area. "Hold that thought." He growled and pulled me out of the ice cream parlor, we ran all the way to the car and we drove silently till we got to a quiet area. "You were saying?" He smirked and began to trail kisses from my ear down to my neck. "Mace." I moaned and began to pull up his shirt. Damn, we were going to have car s*x. "Relax." He breathed into my ear and he smashed his lips on mine roughly. "Oh, Mason." I moaned and fingered his hair, I couldn't get enough of his soft luscious hair. "You smell so good, Jade." He voiced out huskily as his hands found my bare flesh. We paused for a while to remove our clothing out of the way, he took off his shirt and then he helped me take mine off, he adjusted his jeans below his waist and I could see the evidence of his arousal straining against his boxers. I gulped. I quickly zipped down my jeans while he reclined his seat and then I straddled him. "F*ck." He gritted his teeth as I grinded on him with just my panties on. He held my waist as I grinded on him and his lips sought after my n*pples, he tugged, sucked, and played with him till I was writhing atop him. "Please," I whispered and fished his hardened rod out of his boxers. My two hands wrapped around it and I began to pump it, gliding my hands up and down his shaft. "F*ck, Jade, I want you so f*cking badly." His teeth grazed my ear slightly and I shuddered. His hands trailed down my body and ripped my panties into two, I wanted to complain but he pushed two fingers in and the words stuck to the back of my throat. "Oh my god, Mace." I moaned loudly and started humping his fingers. My eyes rolled to the back of my chest as I came over his fingers. "Sweet, so f*cking sweet." He said as he licked his fingers clean, I tried to steady my breath as I looked into his eyes. His eyes were golden. "Didn't I say I would f*ck you long and hard one day," Adrien said and he plunged into me in one go. "Sh*t " I cussed as the sensations filled my body, he was driving me wild with his thrusts. "Long can't do, so you'll have to make do with hard, ride me, little mate." He grabbed my hips with his hands and began to teach me to ride him. My juices were pouring down my legs and I rode him fiercely, Mason wasn't always gentle with me except for my first time but Adrien could be even rougher and I seemed to like them both. "Harder Mace, f*ck me harder." I moaned as I felt myself about to fall off again. "I'm c*mming, oh my god," I screamed and I came harder than I ever did before, squirting over his laps and the car seat. "F*cking h*ll, Jade." Mason returned and he came inside of me. "That was—" "Amazing." I completed his sentence and tried to get off him, my legs had turned to jelly and I was struggling to control my breath. "Wait, don't get off yet, let me hold you a while," Mason said and I hugged him. We were too spent to move. "I love you," I whispered in his ear. "I love you too." He whispered back and nibbled my ear playfully. "Maybe it's not such a bad idea to let Adrien drive sometimes." I laughed. "I'm sure he's glad you feel that way." He laughed. A loud sound exploded and Mason had to cover his ears because of his super hearing. "What was that?" I asked getting off him and putting on my clothes in a hurry. "It's the ice cream parlor." He said and pointed to the fire and smoke burning upwards. "We were just there a while ago," I said and Mason turned towards me, his expression dark.
