I needed to stop but looking at her and feeling her, it was almost next to impossible. It was her, who finally pulled away. I was mad at myself and could not believe that I lost control like that, that too of all with EVA.
I couldn't look at her nor talk to her so I walked into the living room poured a drink for myself and downed it. 'I can't put my heart out again and have it broken. It's better I put some distance now and pull away before I get in too deep.' I was looking out the window 'You broke me to such an extent that I had no feelings anymore until Eva. Having her around calms me down but this feeling scares me and it's all coz of you. I had loved you more than anything but, in the end, it was me who was hurt and broken. I vowed not to give anyone that opportunity
