** LEO’S POV **
Seeing Eva cry made my anger dissipate ‘I get what she is saying. I mean how could she do anything for what Dan did? As she said she had to think about Max too before taking any action against Dan!’
“Till when are you staying here?” she asked as she sipped her coffee.
Me – “We expected the work to take about 3 days but I got the work done in 2 days so I am here for a day more.”
Eva – “Why don’t you stay here? I know it’s not much compared to the hotel you might be staying at…”
“I would love to,” I said as I cut her off.
I looked around the apartment once again “I didn’t know you had an apartment here in Paris!”
Eva looked outside the window “NO it’s not my apartment!”
Me – “Then mind telling me whose apartment is this?”
Eva bit her lower lip “its Brian’s!”
