** DAN’S POV **
Once I got ready I came downstairs to find Eva, Max and Leo at the dining table with pancakes. Max looked at me and pouted in anger with arms folded over his chest “When I came to wake you up you said you are awake and you promised you will get ready and come down dad”
I held my ears “Sorry” I said crouching to his level and placing a kiss on his forehead.
Max - “Dad we have to go to the school I told you about”
I looked at him and Eva “Sure buddy” I then looked at Leo “Do you think you can handle till lunch without me?”
Leo – “Yes sure today seems to be a slow day as we only have one meeting post lunch so it should be good.”
