Everyone’s heads whipped toward Sebastien.
“What do you mean?” Jon/Damien demanded. “What - or who – is the Amethyst Queen?”
I noted that Damien’s voice was deeper and rougher than Jon’s. It sounded like he had a throat full of gravel. I liked it.
Sebastien sighed. “Honestly, I thought it was just a myth until now.
