I couldn't believe it; I didn't want to believe it because it meant that Carol had not only lied to me but also threatened my family.
I couldn’t accept a person capable of such deceitful actions, but what Rachel brought me proved everything she said.
When Kase told me he would meet me to give me information about Carol, I expected it to be bad, but not to this extent. I had no idea how Rachel got to it first, but she did.
