COLTON'S POV
My head is pounding from all the chaos. Not only trying to soothe Galina, but the chatter from the pack about what Aldric did. The irony is Aldric drops this bomb and then shuts everybody out, including me and Liam, which is yet another thing that makes no sense.
Although Galina was able to cry herself to sleep, I knew I couldn't leave her alone. We all grew up learning the story of how Leviah desecrated an entire pack in less than an hour. She would never use magic to hurt anyone, there is no doubt in my mind, but I know that fear is why Aldric ordered me to stay by her side.
As much as it irritated me that Aldric had his doubts about her ability to control her temper, I was immensely grateful that he ordered me to stay with her. Leaving her alone in this state would kill
