BREELYNN’S POV
Taking a deep breath, I address the group, "As most of you are aware, a decision on who will be named Rona's Cerberus has to be made for tonight's full moon."
Almost like it is a choreographed move, Marco and Bianca stop eating and lower their heads. It's not a complete submission, but a clear sign of respect.
"Breelynn, Luna," Bianca tentatively addresses me. "with all due respect, you shouldn't have invited us to this. I understand that you are still learning the pack dynamics, but this a sacred meeting between the Igetes, and outsiders aren't…."
"Enough." A tiny bit of Alpha essence rippled out from me and everyone submitted. "You are not outsiders, and since Aldric took the coward's way out, placing the decision in my hands…."
"I am not a coward," Aldric interrupts.
