After last night's meet and greet and the long grueling day of discussing how we are going to proceed from this day forward, I am ready for a shower and a lot of relaxing.
The Alphas in attendance were not what I expected; where they are driven by strength, power, and respect, it's for the betterment of their pack and not personal gain. Unfortunately, decades of the Elders suppressing the smaller packs have made them dependent on a monthly stipend. So the first order of business was to establish ways to make them self-sufficient.
I half expected the Alphas to argue and demand they still receive their funds, but it was the opposite. They wanted to be independent, the way the moon goddess intended; they wanted their pride back.
