The very first time I saw Marco, he had just slapped Breelynn, knocking her over Galina's table of Wicken goodies, and I was prepared to rip his head off. There was no doubt in my mind that I would have won that contest. I managed to toss him into some type of display, but before we could face off, Liam stepped in and ended it before we really got started.
I guess on some level, I knew that we would always find ourselves back at this point, but there was no one to stop us this time. No one to save either of us from killing the other.
