Everything with Zoe was always forced since we met again. There was something about her that made my fae and I uncomfortable. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it.
I had indulged her rides to see grandfather so I could speak to her and try and work it out but the more I was around her, the more the feeling grew. It was time to distance myself from her again.
I need to respect the feelings inside telling me to stay away and that all was not right with her.
I also wanted to speak to grandfather about her but was waiting for him to get a bit more strength back. I think I will push grandfather to organise a date for her. That also may get her away from me.
