Ever since we had arrived at the Lightning Ridge pack we had been met with contempt and disrespect. Alpha Xavier had proven to be no help whatsoever when it came to the deaths of Clay and Britney. It was almost as though he had condoned Cleo’s actions. She was literally getting away with murder right before our eyes. I knew that Troy was just as annoyed as I was by this situation. Now, we were unable to find Jackson and Alpha Xavier didn’t seem to be too concerned about that either.
