"I didn't realize until earlier that my fears aren't only my own. We have people to protect just like everyone and deep inside we choose what's good for them." I looked at the wound on my palm which was already starting to heal. It will leave a scar according to Nicolai but I don't mind. It will remind me of the promises I made to the alphas. Promises I would very much like to keep as long as I can.
"Right." Everyone agreed and we walked through the corridor straight to the room at the end of the hallway.
