"Deal," Nicolai agreed. He took his shirt off and walked towards the circle created by the people who all looked at him with a mixture of hatred and fear.
I wondered what he did to make them feel that way. Did he lie all along about the reason he was held captive by Wilfred?
"Son, why are you doing this? You have our pack, where your son is now the Alpha. We would love to take you back and welcome you into our family. Why don't we just let Blackmoon go and choose its rightful leader?" I over heard Benjamin begging Nicolai as I assist Lourdes behind them.
"You will not understand, father. All I ever existed for was to take Blackmoon from Wilfred and destroy it. He killed me once, yes. But my grudge kept me alive. I cannot stop until I've completed the mission I was sent back for." He
