Niyah’s POV
A cup suddenly smashed into pieces on the floor and everyone stared at the source. We were taken aback when we saw Amanda’s face drained off colour and she went deathly pale with fright.
I rushed on my feet and gently patted her cheeks multiple times to get her back to reality and normalcy.
“Jesus Christ Amanda ! You are scaring me, girl”, Xavier said worriedly.
“What did you see, Amanda”, Kyle took control of the situation.
“I-I saw Chian Li”, Amanda whispered. “H-He w-was under t-that ch-chandelier-r-r”, she stuttered in fright. “A-and the grandfather clock behind us was chiming as the needles showed midnight.”
“That’s two hours from now. I am sure he’s coming to avenge for Laira’s death”, Xander said.
