The omega stared at Carter; her breath stuck in her throat. Even though she felt incredibly selfish for asking him to help her, it was all she could do. He was the only one who was the ideal one to help her out of the situation.
As much as he wanted to yell at him that everything would have been different if he stayed back it was not the time. She had no idea why he forgot about her in the first place. Bombarding him with their past would create even more confusion for him.
