"That's not going to work," Serena mumbled.

The bed was wide but it didn't stop her from feeling the slight dip on the other side when Asael sat down. The dim lights were turned down even low, leaving just enough light to navigate through the room without bumping into anything.
"Asleep?" Hot breath sprayed over her ear.
Stella's breath caught immediately. She didn't realise when he rolled over to her side. Grabbing the bedding, she lowered her head further down until her hair was the only visible part of her body.
