"So..." I began, glancing at Draco as we walked down the street. It felt good to be around humans again, to be around people who had normal, busy lives. It reminded me of Rayon and Elisha, and while a part of me ached to see them again, another part was grateful that Draco convinced me to do this.
"So?" he asked, sipping on a vanilla milkshake that he seemed to like more than he liked me.
"Female revenants cannot reproduce?"
He frowned, lowering his glass. "Where did that come from?"
"I don't know," I laughed. "I guess I'm trying to brush up my knowledge a bit."
He took another sip of his shake before I snatched it from his hands.
"They cannot."
"So then? How do you guys not go extinct?" I tried the shake, and I understood why he was more interested in it. It was delicious.
