They say there’s no love in punishment but only hurt, neglect and pain because when it is used, it can seriously break trust. It can vastly divide two individuals psychologically, emotionally and even spiritually. Nonetheless, in my opinion, punishment can be healthy in a love relationship, if used wisely and not done over and over again.
