It had been just over a week since the court date. Now, every day I was checking the post, checking in with my Lawyer to see if there has been any word. I knew it can take up to six weeks to receive word if I have been granted my divorce. My lawyer told me after it, it went as well as it could have. Everything the judge needed was there. Abby never tried finding a way to stop it from happening. Everything was looking good, but I was not going to relax until I had the record to say it was finalised. It has been stressing me out. I have been concentrating on other things too though. Work, Nicola, our new home in Scotland, planning a proposal…you know, just everyday things.
