Nikki was curious to know what the outcome of my conversation had been but I was more keen on dismissing her. I wanted to spend time with her and even force her to stay overnight but if I had to deal with my Rebecca situation before it was too late, I knew that now was the right time.   "She is predictable, she said she wanted to say hello because she was passing by."
