“You don’t know?” He watched as the wolf’s eyes moved, seemingly in contemplation. His head remained stationary even after he stared into the man’s eyes.
His lip twitched. “Do you understand my question?”
Akira let out an angry growl before moving his head up and down. That’s a yes, which relieved Alex. They’re still communicating. He decidedly sat on the floor, next to the wolf.
He pursed his lips as he tried to think hard. “She didn’t leave the pack, but she’s not inside the territory either?” Even to him, the question he came up with sounded absurd. What’s that even supposed to mean?
